SCR脫(tuo)(tuo)硝(xiao)(xiao)技術,即選擇性(xing)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)還原(Selective Catalytic Reduction)是指在催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)劑(如TiO2、V2O5、WO3)作用(yong)(yong)下(xia),還原劑NH3在290-400℃下(xia)將(jiang)煙(yan)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)NO和(he)(he)NO2還原成無毒的(de)(de)N2和(he)(he)H2O,而幾乎不發生NH3的(de)(de)氧化(hua)(hua)反應(ying)(ying)(ying),從(cong)而降低NH3的(de)(de)消耗。SCR脫(tuo)(tuo)硝(xiao)(xiao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是向(xiang)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)劑上游的(de)(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)噴(pen)入氨氣(qi)或其它(ta)合適的(de)(de)還原劑、利(li)用(yong)(yong)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)劑將(jiang)煙(yan)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)NOx轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)為N2和(he)(he)H2O。在系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)運行中(zhong)(zhong)首先將(jiang)氨蒸發,然后(hou)氨和(he)(he)稀釋空氣(qi)或煙(yan)氣(qi)混合,最后(hou)利(li)用(yong)(yong)噴(pen)氨格柵將(jiang)其噴(pen)入SCR反應(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)上游的(de)(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)。SCR脫(tuo)(tuo)硝(xiao)(xiao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要包(bao)括(kuo):反應(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong);煙(yan)氣(qi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong);還原劑儲(chu)存(cun)、制備及加注系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong);吹灰系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。
